If you are not delighted with your online order for whatever reason, you may return unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition upon presentation of the original invoice within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

• Please do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you wish to return the item.

• Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made by post.

• Refunds will be minus shipping costs or for exchanges, postage is to be paid for exchange item(s) delivery.

Please be aware that we cannot replace or refund items damaged through improper laundering. Please follow the care label of the garment when washing, particularly for our beautiful Merino Wool products and handmade bunny comforters.
